Privacy Policy

onTrack records the hours you enter — never the work behind them.

There is no field anywhere in the app for client names, matter numbers, or time-entry narratives, and the app never connects to your billing or case management system. Nothing subject to attorney–client privilege is stored.

What we store

Your email address, to sign you in.
Your password, only as an irreversible hash. Nobody, including us, can read it.
Your billing figures — annual requirement, start date, hours billed per quarter, hours logged per day, and the holidays and days off you select.
A notification token, if you allow push notifications. It identifies a device, not a person.

This is held on servers operated by Supabase, in the United States, in a database we control, and encrypted in transit. Push notifications pass through Expo and Apple. Invitation and notification emails are sent through Resend. No other third party receives anything.

Who can see it

Working solo — only you. Nobody else can see your figures.
In a firm — that firm's administrator only. You're told when you join. Other attorneys in your firm cannot see your figures, and administrators of other firms cannot either. This is enforced by the database itself, not merely hidden in the app.
Compliance reports reach your administrator only when you tap to send one.

What we don't do

No analytics or tracking. No usage data, identifiers, or diagnostics.
No advertising. No ads, no third-party ad frameworks.
No data sales. Your information is never sold or shared for marketing.

Your control

Use it without an account. Try mode keeps everything on your device and sends nothing anywhere.
Edit anything, any time. Every figure the app holds is visible and editable in the app.
Leave a firm from Settings, ending your administrator's access to your future figures.
Delete your account from Settings. This removes your profile, your hours, and your firm membership. Reports already sent to an administrator remain that firm's records.

onTrack is a professional tool and is not directed at anyone under 18. If this policy changes materially, the effective date above changes and the app will tell you.
